All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, we will contact you.
United States shipping addresses must have a valid zip code. Orders placed without a valid zip code may be delayed.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We will only charge you once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
We aim to ship your order to you, to the shipping address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give exact shipping dates and times.
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for shipping outside the United Kingdom, some of our products may not be available for shipping to certain destinations outside the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to define which products may be shipped to your shipping country of choice.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside the United Kingdom. Monsoon Accessorize Ltd. do not offer any assistance in this process.
Prices are displayed and charged in UK Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Danish Kroner and Russian Rubles. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee if your order has to be converted to a currency other than these.
All products are sold on a Shipping Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of submission or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel your order and we will refund any money paid by you. Please contact us at
